Default Replacing 1 trim tab.

Jack asses at marina broke off trim tab when getting out of water. Supposed I am partial to blame, but somewhat still rookie when comes to boating. Not sure to extent, if entire arm and tab broke, or just the metal tab itself. Everywhere online it shows tab and mechanical arm together, found 1 around $110. My question, if I can't find exact same type that's on boat, do I have to replace both? Is it as easy as looks to replace the trim tab, being trim tabs are already installed. Meaning the wiring etc in place, just have to take off broken part, bolt on new.

What brand and size are your tabs?

You'll want to replace with the same size.
