I moved this one to it's own thread since it's a new subject.......I was thinking of doing the same thing in my head and also putting in a dedicated shower head...gotta figure out how I can do this though....

I know on my 2001 3000 if they could of moved the faucet about an inch forward toward the sink the water coming out might of all hit the sink and not the spray all over the counter top and range like it does now.

Whale is the OEM vendor used by most boat builders. Take a look at West Marine and Defender. There are a number of options out there. What do you not like about the Whale you have now? Scandvik makes some nice stuff if you averse to Whale. Here are some links:

I replaced the head and the galley faucets. Bought both at Lowes. See my post from last year.

Along these lines, I have a whale faucet in the cockpit on my 95 3200 scr as well, which has a faucet/hose set up. It snapped off, looking to replace that, problem is, you cant just get parts from Whale, its the whole faucet replaced or nothing. Thats the biggest problem with Whale.

Jam, I have ordered replacement parts for the whale from defender. Actually in another post there is a link to faucets and go thru the pages, there were parts/service kits available.

Shrew, thanks for the defender site. I have a whale faucet in my cockpit and had wound up breaking a small piece that held the shower head to the hose. I couldn't find that small piece for the life of me, was ready to replace the entire faucet. Defender had the part, shipped it in a couple of days, cost me only a few bucks! Again, thanks.
