Name of Button?!?

Fairly new owner of 1998 3200SCR here.

The boat has some issues due to sitting for a couple of years. I am usually pretty good at utilizing YouTube University, but I just don't know the names of certain things in order to search.

Does anyone know the name of the button on the throttle that allows you to give the boat more fuel without engaging the drive? one of mine is stuck and one works. Anyone else have this problem? How did you resolve it?

The other thing I do not know the name of is the piece that hooks to the steering bar and goes to the outdrive to steer the boat. One of mine looks great and the other (starboard side) looks rusty.

I'd try 'Remote Control Throttle Only Neutral Button' for that part, cannot help with the other part though.

Not sure of the name but the button disengages the shift cable from the throttle cable mechanism.

I call it the Neutral Button. But then again, my vocabulary has about 20 things that fall into the "Thingy" category.
