Looking for Port side railing 2001 4600

The marina ripped off my railing an to no aval, no one local can do the whole fabrication. They're paying the bill, but lacking in ideas and motivation to find a way to fix it.

Any one know a salvage yard or remote fabrication company that can make one?

Nobody can bend and weld 7/8" ss tube?
