I always liked the 4600, you have to be realistic and say its a 20 yr old boat so you will have maintenance to do on her. Bit like owning a house really!

I had an internal helm and the flybridge, great for scottish weather but I think most of the American ones only have the flybridge helm.

No real downside I can think of, a good amount of boat for the money!

If you buy her, let me know if you need any help with anything. I did a lot of upgrades to the boat including new Nav gear, Galley, decks.... the list goes on.

The only thing I would check is the handling in rougher seas. With the top flybridge roof I did hear it can make them a bit top heavy and roll in certain sea conditions.

Having upgraded to a 60Ft boat, with stabilizers, it does make me realise how much the Maxum rolled.
