Fresh Water Sending Unit

I just received my Fresh Water gauge back from Faria. Great rebuild all new. The unit is installed in my power panel bu is not getting any signal mfrom the sending unit on top of the fresh water tank. The sending unit also has a built in meter. I have looked through Maxum Customer Care for the sending unit. No luck. Anybody out there been down this road before and has an answer I would appreciate hearing from you.

Issue Resolved. The sending unit is in 2 pieces. The indicator which is magnetic was broken. Replaced the indicator and closed up the FWT and all is good.
