Default Flybridge Hatch 4600 SCB - where can you find one?

I want to put a flybridge hatch on our 4600 SCB, does anyone know where we could get one?

My 4600 has the hatch. If anyone’s interested glad to take pics/measurements.

Some 4600's dont come with hatches or is it that previous owners ditched them for whatever reason?

Just curious. I thought of removing mine but the wife said no. /shrug

Hi Steve , you’ve been a good Group supporter I want to thank you for that and if you ever do to get some pictures of that hatch, I’d like to see them because I might have to make one. Thank you and I hope all is well

Steve you have been kind enough to answer any questions if you do got pictures of the hatch that would be nice to see also more importantly when you are on plane and running at 22 kn, what is your boost? I’ve replicated your pitch that you use on my propellers and still can’t achieve more than 16 kn engines are running fine. Hopefully I can figure it out but what is your boost? Thanks

Hi G

I see 15 PSI on each side at 2100 RPM. That usually gives me 18 - 20 kts. If I push the throttles up a couple of hundred I don’t recall the boost but I get 22 - 24 kts. I usually do not cruise that fast because the EGT starts to become an issue. Next time I’m at the boat I’ll try to remember to take some pics. Hatch is relatively basic and extends an inch beyond the access. There’s a 60Lb lift support gas strut attached. I replaced mine with stainless steel- Amazon $80 for 2.
