Bilge access for 4100scr

I'm looking at a 1997 4100scr and wanted inspect the mid bilge. Can someone tell me where the access is to that bilge. Surveyor said they did not hear the pump kick on when switch was activated at helmet, so I want to take peek. Thanks for the help..
