Bathroom Fan 4100SCB

I’m new to the forum and to Maxum. We bought our 1998 4100SCB earlier this year and couldn’t be happier! After doing some normal maintenance I have come to the wants vs the needs. Our bathroom has three light switches and one does nothing. I see two vents in the wall above the toilet. One is AC and the other should pull air for the bathroom fan which should be basically a bulge fan that exhausts to the outside. How do I access this fan? Has anyone successfully removed the mirror/ shelving behind it? I can’t find any screws to remove.

Have same setup on 3700SCR. If you remove the diffuser grate inside the bathroom you can get a screwdriver in there to remove the blower mounting screws. Mine was able to be removed through the hole. Wasn't fun but got it. If you need another pair of hands you can remove the exhaust grate on the outside and have a helper pitch in the other side. Good luck and post pictures.
