Default '97 3200 SCR draft

I'm looking at a '97 3200 scr with twin Merc 5.7LXs and Bravo IIs. when I looked into the specs the draft varied from site to site. My lagoon is supposed to be dredged next year but for this season I'm concerned if I'll have enough water. Can anyone tell me what the actual draft is or what they've been able to run at idle in? I have maybe 3' at low tide.
Thank you

Draft, Up: 2'3"
Draft, Down: 3'8"

I wouldn't run beyond the trim limiter in gear.

3 ft at low tide will have you coming and going at mid-tide or higher.

Default .

Yeah I was thinking I may have to play the tides and hope they dredge soon. Dealer listed the draft at 3' and when I started looking further into it I saw 3'6" and 3'8".
I try to never run with the drives up past the limiter and luckily never found myself in a situation where I had to.
