We make our own. We loose then every now and then. I think in 7-8 years we've lost 4-5. Two this year, none last year. We lose the ones in the vberth in rough seas after repeatedly stuffing into big waves for a length of time.
We keep one of the original screens aside to use as a template. This template never gets installed. This way we don't start making copies, from copies, from copies.
Find some thin flexible plastic stock from a Home Stock along with some screening.
Trace the template onto the sheet. Cut the sheet. Glue the screen. Trim the screen.
It doesn't need to be THAT pretty. Trust me, once it's installed you can't tell it's not stock. The biggest deal is to not distort the flexible plastic frame when gluing the screen and making sure the screen is smooth. Tolerance are tricky. There is little room for error. a mm too large, and the entire screen warps when installed. a mm too small and it falls out in a light breeze.
