Default 4600 SCB Access to to the area ahead of the v-Berth?

Hi,
The faucet for the raw water washdown in the forward port locker is frozen, and I can't remove it without getting a wrench on the back side. How do you get access back there without destroying the vinyl liner panels in the V berth?

Is there a hatch on that bulkhead? On many models the upholstered panel is just a facade with an actual bulkhead behind it. many are screwed from the inside of the bulkhead through the back of the upholstered panel.

That's how it's done on the 4100 SCA.
