3700SCR storage locker thru hull fittings

I am trying to find replacement thru hull fittings for the storage lockers (large doors located at the swim platform). The lockers drain to two small thru hull fittings on the starboard side of the boat. I cannot find thru hull fittings that small anywhere. The hole in the hull for the fitting is 1/2 inch and the hose connection ID is 3/8 inch. Any idea where I can find the thru hull fittings?
