1999 3700 SCR cabin dooe removal and roller repair?

Can someone explain how to remove the white acrylic cabin door so the rollers and track can be accessed. I believe I have at least one broken roller. It looks like the map/glove box assembly over the door has to be removed but the windshield and the passanger seat look like they will prevent it from coming out of place. I hate to think the windshield has to be removed. Surely I must be missing something.
