welcome to the zoo...are you talking about the cockpit table???...I stored mine in my bayliner in the engine bay ..behind the main fuel line against the fwd bhd of the engine bay....the fuel line kept the table secure during most anything we threw at it..
I know one guy that made some strapping and attached it in the batcave overhead....plenty of room there...

We don't sleep in our batcave anymore, and store almost everything we can in there. Our tables and leg fit right under the port side step in the mid-birth.

And Welcome to the forum!

...thinking back - I do remember a for sale picture on craigslist a while back where a 2400 owner had somehow mounted the table to the wall outside the bathroom, facing the v-berth on the starboard side. Depending on what you have there, may be another option. I'm always looking for ways to limit trips into our bilge, save for checking fluids and pre-start fume check.

You stated Table and Cushion. The only table/cushion combo I am aware of is the one for the settee to convert into a berth. If this is the settee table, I believe their should be a means to lock it when it is converted into a berth to keep it in place. I've never seen a cockpit table come with a cushion. Most people either leave the settee table up for sitting or down for sleeping. Do many people find a need to remove and store the settee table? I can see how storage for the cockpit table would be very nice, however.
