2000, 3000scr spotlight stopped working. I have full motion, but the light will not turn on. I have 12v @ the bulb, and have tried a new bulb and still cannot get it to turn on. I'm baffled. Any thoughts?

If the bulb is good and you have 12V at the socket the only issue could be the bulb isn’t making good contact. How does the socket contacts look?

That's going to be my next step, replace both connections.

With the light turned on can you wiggle the bulb and see it temporarily come on?
