First of all I have no clue what SEM paint is and second, why would you paint the upholstery?

My answer is - No.

SEM is a popular spray paint manufacture. But I've never heard of spray paint for upholstery.

Wow, that's impressive. I had not clue you could spray paint vinyl seats.

I'm not sure where you would find the actual/ stock color code # of the upholstery. But I'm someone here will know.

It shouldn't matter. Pick a color that works with everything else and paint it all. Nobody would notice. The same occurs when you reupholster a piece of furniture or re-vinyl marine seating, or replace canvas. Even if you have two identical boats side by side, people would simply assume each boats original owner chose a different color scheme.

No I picked the Searay mystic white , I'm doing all the seats so if it's a little off it won't matter.

Default SEN paint

On my 2005 Maxum 2900 SE I used Ranger off-white, perfect match. Looking at others Maxum's I'm sure its the same...And you can call them and get vinyl samples mailed for free.
