Replacement Cockpit Carpet/3000 SCR

Greetings FromLake Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, where boating weather is at last here in earnest. Original carpets on Lanikai are looking pretty rough. I wanted to check to see if anyone can recommend a good source for replacements.

A local canvas shop should be able to make replacements.

If you like the original 'Aquamat' carpet, the original supplier to Maxum/Bayliner is Corinthian Marine Carpet.

They have the original patterns (the 3000 SCR Template# is P6435 / 6435).

Take them to Jacobs Upholstery in the Spokane Valley, Sprague and Sullivan rd(s). They can do it there and you can pick the fabric.

We did ours by making our own patterns. I saw others who claimed to have the original factory patterns, but noticed that they did not include all of the pieces we needed or wanted. I got a roll of construction paper from Lowes and traced them out, making sure to label the top side and the direction of the bow (they want to have all of the patterns going in the same direction). We used North American Waterway who did an excellent job and the Corinthian carpet with rubber backing was perfect.
