Removing Seat cusions from a 2003 2500 SCR

I need to either replace my exterior seat cushions or get them reupholster. My question is how to remove them? are they secured in place by screws? I', just talking about the seat that is on the Port side of the boat. It then turns towards the outside sink, and turns once more and runs parallel with the cushion that lifts up when you access your cooler.
Also is there a Website out there that one can order or send your existing cushions to for repairs.

Seats are usually easy to remove some have clips underneath or screws. probably best to ask marina people for place to get reupholstered.
