You want a cockpit cover? or sometimes called a tonneau cover. That old of boat you are most likely going to have to have your cover made by a shop.

Look at this website. She has all the templates of the us marine boats. www.letastopshop.com

she can make it for you cheaper and better than any quote. You put the snaps on and save money.

dang...I missed the first part...I live not far from Leta's top shop....she does quality work and makes sure you have everything available for your cover.....
her prices are really decent and she has a fast turn around.....definitely give her a call..

Again Brian for that style of boat you are going to have to get something made or buy a big tarp. When I store my 2001 3000 SCR I have two tarps that I use that I got at Harbor Frieght. Works just fine. Get some gallons jugs with water in them for weight on the sides. Works like a charm. They have all sorts of sizes to fit.

I have one that I don't use but it must have 100 or more snaps. Unlikely they would match up. Not sure where you are located but if you are in the NW and mine is the correct size you could use it as a template. If not a local shop would have no problem making one. Fairly easy layout compared to doning new canvas top.
Your portlights are most likely Bomar or one of their sister companies. Located in Florida. Look them up on the internet and you should be able to match what you have. Good company to work with. I lost the hinge plug on our forward hatch and they sent a complete set n/c.

I'm looking to buy a 2008 2500se which has the camper cover on it.
I asked if there was a cockpit cover for it and he said to leave the camper top
up while under way and docking.
This seems awkwad to me.
Any suggestions?
