Default Parts?

Kind of a generic question, but:

Where can I get Maxum parts? (Hull/deck)

When I go to Maxum's site, the link to find dealers just dumps me to Bayliner's site. When I find the Bayliner dealers - none I have found have been too responsive with respect to ordering Maxum parts. Anyone know of any good dealers or mail-order places?

Specifically, (right now) I am trying to buy a replacement for one of those windsheild bracket thingies.

You can probably guess why a Bayliner dealer isn't going nuts trying to help me track down and special order this little part for my 20 year old Maxum...

Jim is absolutely awesome - I love that guy.

If you can find the actual part number for the part you need any BL dealer should be able to look it up/order it.

BKGoodman, Though it appears you've submitted at least 11 posts, I must have overlooked them. Welcome to the site. Limited boating on the Nashua and Merrimack rivers. Where do boat, Lakes Region or Seacoast? BTW- I sent a PM.

BK,
I have found the bayliner dealers to be willing to help get the parts, but you have to do the leg work to give them the new US Marine part #. Find the part number from Maxumcustomer care, then search for it on the following page for the new number. http://www.baylinerparts.com/xref.pdf

Good Luck.
