Default new owner - 2001 2300 sc

Hi all, I just picked up a 2001 2300 sc w/ 1 yr old engine. Boat needs new canvas top, any idea where I can pick that up? I think there may be two choices for canvas, one that is a stand-alone bimini style, and another that connects to the windshield since I see snaps. Boat came with a boat cover so that may snap on at the windshield also but I thought that covered the entire boat.

Anyway, thanks for any pointers on canvas suppliers.

UnderDog welcome and congrats.

The bimini top can be either made by a local canvas shop or through online designed for your boat, others will chime in with sources.
Enclosures use th bimini top as well as rear, side curtains and a forward piece either canvas or a clear plastic windshield.
Boat covers may only cover from the windshield to the back, mooring cover. A storage cover will cover the entire boat.

Let us know how things go next season and if you have any further questions.

Underdog welcome to the website...glad you are here.

Leta's canvas shop would be a good choice for the complete package. Or look to a local canvas shop.

I have learned the a tonneau cover that covers your windshield is a better cover than one that just goes to the top frame.

Leta's shop has all of maxum's templates for your bimini and esinglass pieces.

Thanks all! My wife & I just pulled all the cushions and canvas out. There is also a local canvas shop down the street from the marina the boat is being stored at, so now that I have the old stuff, they can probably make new ones based on the template. I'll take a look at Leta's as well. And the boat cover is actually in near new condition, looks like the mooring cover since it does the full boat. But I'm having it shrink-wrapped soon since I pulled out all carpets, cushions, etc. Can't wait to get on the water this spring!
