You may be able to get the switches at US Marine (See sticky note on the General Forum tab). I had problems with my radio when I bought my boat and found that someone had disconnected the speakers.
Double checked the speakers today and still no luck. Thanks for the tip though. Looks like it's a new radio for sure now.
