Is your boat equipped with a macerator pump? If yes there is a Y valve that must be switched to overboard discharge then you press both rocker switches at the same time to discharge the holding tank. The reason for two switches is so you cannot accidently discharge. Maxum put the switches on its cruisers standard even if not equipped with a macerator they just aren't wired to anything.

Near the holding tank or the pump.

Outside your boat, look for a through hull at or just below the waterline near your waste tank. Mine had a brass through hull right at the waterline (it would be unpleasant to dump from height). On my 2003 2900 the macerator was mounted to the top of the waste tank, aft of the vacu-flush pump. It pulled from the aft end of the tank (whereas the pumpout was from the front of the tank) and the Y valve was right next to the hull buried back behind the tank.

I will look when I pull the boat out in a couple weeks. Have never noticed a brass thru hull
