Default Mid bilge outlet

Hi,
I was checking the operation of my mid bilge pump today and found it is leaking quite badly further along the hose.
The hose disappears up a tunnel then attaches to the skin fitting I presume.
My problem is how do I gain access to the fitting?
Thanks.

Jas.

Sorry forgot those details.
It's a 1994 2700scr outlet on the starboard side.

The thru hull can be accessed by removing the frig, 4 screws. Disconnect the hose from the pump and attached the new one to the hose so you can use it to pull the new one through the access behind behind the frig. Then attach both ends.

Thought that might be it but my fridge is on the port with galley. Head and dining table are starboard.

Ok thought would be the same as my 1997 2400.

Can you determine the relationship between where the thru hull fitting is in reference to the interior?

There should be interior access.

It seems to be right where the dining table is about a foot above the water line.there are three outlets, shower, sink and bilge.

Look for an access panel on the starboard bulkhead behind the table. May be a screwed on panel so you may have to feel around in the carpet.

Can you post some pictures of the cabin ding table area?

Cheers will do. I'm not back to the boat for a bit so it's gonna be my next little project.

How many discharges are there on the Starboard side? On the 2800, the mid-bilge bilge pump, shower sump and drain for the sink in the head all discharge just below and forward of the portlight in the head. I can access the hose and throughhull by removing the toilet paper holder in the head.

Models and years vary, so without seeing where the discharges are on the exterior and pictures of that same relative area from the interior, then it's all just speculation.

I was able to replace all three through hulls by reaching through the rough cutout for the toilet paper holder.

Thanks for the info my boat also has the three outlets where you describe.
Does the loo roll holder just pull out?

Well I went to the boat for a few days this week to sort the mid bilge and a rew other bits,I'm glad to say it was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.
Here are some pictures of what I did.

Removed by unscrewing and freeing up the sealant

This is what I found.
I needed to undo the middle one.this is in the bilge that's the old hose.
And new hose installed and tested.
Found quite a few splits in the old hose so glad I found it and got it changed.

That's some good info! Hope it's applicable to my 3200, in case I should have a problem in there...!
