Default Maxum 2900se 2008

Has anyone ever installed an option that will warn or show you when fresh water level is getting low and holding tank getting full?
I want a reliable system
Thanks

the tanks are plastic, and sitting on top of each other, needless, to say you would not want to drill and more holes in the take to have a float level in there.

The fresh water tank is clear, so you can see the water like in it.

The poop tank, vent will smell a bit, when it gets full, as pump outs are at every gas dock.

Not really worth the electrical nightmare to hookup on a used boat.

RV's have a system and gauge that does that. I don't know how it works, but if you are really interested, stop by a local tv dealer and chat with the parts or service guys......

There are 2 basic types, float in tank or a added sight tube with a photo sensor. Photo sensor has no moving parts and less prone to issues however for the waste application the tube will become cloudy from waste over time and the sensor can't see through it.
