Default Interior Maxum 2800 SCR -1999

Friends

I've got problem with mold in the interior of my Maxum 2800.
I am looking to renovate the roof in the forepeak and in midkabinen.
Is there any one on the forum who have the experience to switched ceiling and is able share information or images on a renovation of Maxum 2800.
Any one know where I can buy materials??
Yours sincerely
Rolf

I had a problem like your a couple of years ago on my 1994 Maxum and I used Soft-Scrub to clean it up. Used a brush with soft scrub on it then I kept spraying on water from a spray bottle and vaccuming it off with a shop vac. It cleaned it up very well and the shop vac removed the soft scrub and water. It took awhile and a lot of spraying to remove the soft scrub, but it worked and I never had a problem since. I know it might not be the best way, but I figured if I messed it up either way I would have to replace the headliner.
Good luck

Good luck. I have 97 2800 with the same problem and have yet to figure out how to really get it off. Mine is in the padding underneath the cloth covering, so no matter how much you try to clean the headliner, it is in the pad underneath.
