Horn Location on a 1999 3000SCR

Could someone please help me and guide me to where the horn would be located on my 3000SCR.
I've looked in the anchor locker but I don't see it. Maybe someone has removed it prior to me.
Help please.

It is by your stern light on top of the arch.

I you are looking inthe anchor locker is it safe to assume you can see the outside on thebow?

If so I believe it has 2 screws and removes from the outside.
