Are you a diy guy and where are you located? The reason I asked is I had are lightweight hard top and bimini frame that I installed on my boat and I love it. check out hardtotop.com. Also you can check out my photos to see what I am talking about.

These guys made OEM tops for some Maxum models: rnr-marine.com so you might be able to get actual new original equipment but I have no idea of their pricing.

These guys have a good selection of made to fit tops for Maxum and some may offer a stainless upgrade option (as opposed to the default aluminum):

boatcoversdirect.com - offers a canvas only option so you might be able to do a frame only if that's all you need.
