Electronic issue

I have a 3000 scr 1999 and opened it up after a long winter and I don't have DC power to all of the lights. At the dash my instrument lights and navigation lights work but nothing else. Horn blower courtesy lights radio all do not work. In the cabin none of the lights or radio work but the water pump does. Batteries are able to start boat no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I would start at the fuse box and measure for voltage on each side of the non working item. These fuse boxes are known for corrosion issues.
