Dometic AC/DC Marine Refrigerator Not Starting

I've been posting a bit as I'm learning things to assist with my own issue and thought I better just start a new thread with my specifics.

Our Dometic fridge was working fine until we removed it to address a microwave issue. When we put it back in the microwave worked fine (was just unplugged) and you guessed it, the fridge no longer works! Isn't that just how things seem to often go with boats?!

I should note that it was not previously working on DC, but fine on AC. Power leads were not removed when we pulled it out. The only thing I would say is that we banged it around a bit getting it out and back in. Once back in you would hear a click when the AC breaker is flipped and the same click about 10 seconds after flipping back off. There is also a humming sound while the breaker is on and heat does build up in the area of the components where the power comes in, but not in the compressor. We have correct voltage where AC and DC come in. There is also now a beep every minute or so that seems to be coming from the compressor (Danfoss).
