Default Changing out galley faucet/head?

We're tired of the useless faucet head in our galley sink (1999 2800 SCR). At anything other than full blast it pours water on the countertop, which is slowly becoming a huge pain. Anyone had a similar problem and found either a replacement head (just the part past the mixing valve) or an easy plug-and-play-ish whole-faucet replacement?
