Default Can anyone help? Entry hatch panel removal

99 2400 SCR. I found a new entry hatch panel at a local boat shop and bought it because mine is a bit banged up. Seems the only attachment point is the metal swivel cap in the one corner. Does anyone know how to remove that cap or have a manual on how to disassemble the lid from the entryway? Attached is a pic of the panel and location. Any help would be awesome!

It's difficult to tell from the pic, but it looks like that trim ring needs to be removed. Aren't those screws right on the top?

That semi circle cover trim piece is only held on with three screws, easily removed. The pane itself is attached at the pivot point at the lower right hand corner of the panel. Cant tell if the piece holding it down is pressed in or has a nut somewhere inside the wall.

Not certain as I have not seen any documentation on how the hatch is attached but is suspect the fastener is under the headliner in the cabin.

Yeah figuring the same thing. Hopefully there's some screws/fasteners holding the cloth wall panel on instead of having to rip it from any glue.
