Default Bow Pad Tie down

Hi All,
After almost losing my bow pad of my 3200 SCR in the wind, so I started to look into a way of keeping it secured..... Then I noticed a plastic piece attached to the front side of the pad and looked further and found 4 or 5 screws in the boat where the front of the pad would stop. .... I'm assuming there is something missing here? Does anyone know 1) What it's called? 2) Where I might find one? 3) What it even looks like? Maybe someone can take a picture for me.

Gravity....it is a plastic piece that the pad slides into. The plastic piece is the same piece that the rear port seat is "supposed" to slide into. Hard to explain. It can be purchased, once you see what it looks like.i will try to get ya a pic tomorrow...

I'm assuming then that it is not Maxum specific.

Not Maxum specific....the rear port seat bottom will have 2 stainless "loops" that are supposed to clip/slide into to keep seat from sliding forward.

The plastic piece is just like some boats have the camper canvas slide into on the arch. It can be purchased in cut to fit lengths....screw holes are usually already in the plastic piece.

Nope actually you gave me an idea what to look for and I believe I've found it. .... It's called Awning Track and I found it at http://www.sailrite.com/Awning-Track-Flanged-White-48

Yes that is it.....I have seen this with holes already in it and some without. At the bottom of your bow pad will have the plastic tube sewn into it. Slides in and should have snaps at windshield end.
