Default batt charger

hey guys,

has anyone lost a batt charger from water getting into it because its right under the engine hatch right under the seam were water can
just run right into it? i swear thats why mine don't work, no sort of reading from it when engines are running or when shore power is hooked up

whats a good batt charger? .... i'll
see if i can rig a peice of lite sheet metal about the length
of the charger and about a couple inches out over the edge
and pitch it down mount it with some strong silicone, shelter it
