When i bought mine, there were no hour meters, and best estimate was from the time underway from the GPS. I kinda figured with buying a boat of this age, there are no guarantees on the engines and drives, no matter how well it was maintained.
A 2010 used engine was installed on my port side a few months before I bought the boat. I just blew a head gasket on that engine.
I would say if the engines run fine, appear clean and well maintained, and there are no obvious issues, that's the best you can hope for.
Sounds like a freshwater boat, that's lived a pretty easy life. Go for it.
