3000 SCR Mooring/Camper Canvas Stern Tie Downs

I am having a problem locating the canvas tie downs that are screwed to the rear of my 98 3000 SCR. They are round and about 3/4 diameter. They are used to secure the mooring cover elastic cords or the camper canvas cords. I think there are around 6 of these on the boat. Mine are all there but are cracked and barely haning on. Any help would be appreciated.
