Default 2400 SCR - Tow Hooks/Transom D rings for Tubing?

I'm a new boater and just purchased a 1997 2400 SCR for the family to cruise around in and the kids expressed interest in tubing. Can I use the D Rings right next to the tabs with a harness to pull a tube?

Been looking at harnesses that connects to each side with a pulley along with a blow up booster to keep the line afloat.

Thoughts?

Yes you can use a bridle setup just be sure to use line that floats to keep it away from the prop.
