Note your blower is not connected.

If plumbed to waste deck plate the P.O. must have do so to be able to empty the holding tank himself instead of a pumping station.

OK, in my post #7, I stated it was a circulation pump for air conditioning. I looked back and realize I was commenting on a post by MMWJR. apologies for the confusion.
Post #8: Manual Head (pump). The red switch is for the shower drain.
Post #10: this looks like diaphragm pump for the shower drain. This appears to be plumbed like my 2800 was. No sump box, turn the switch on, the pump runs continuously.
Post #14: Pressure water pump (freshwater to faucets and showers)
Post #16: No Air conditioning. There would not be another VAC power panel. If you had AC it would be on that panel in the Acc. slot.
Post #18: Looks like a holding tank macerator/discharge pump.
Post #20: Trim tab hydraulic reservoir and pump.
Post #22: Looks like a holding tank. Is there a hose going from teh lower portion of the tank to the pump in (Post #18)? It would verify both.

I think most of it is figured out at this point except the use of the pump in the engine compartment.
I was wrong when i stated that the (#18) pump in the engine compartment was plumbed to the waste water cap.
It is actually plumbed to a small thru hull fitting (maybe next size up from factory bilge pump thru hull fittings) at the back of boat with the self bailing deck drains. What its pumping out the side of the boat I am not sure yet.
The holding tank in (#22) is the other part of the confusion. No it doesnt go to pump (#18) the holding tank has the lower hose plumbed in to the waste water outlet cap.
The upper hose in the tank is a large hose guessing maybe two inch. It runs out of the top of the tank and then alongside the tank towards the head. If i look in the head I see a hose of the same size coming off of the head .
The problem is that coming off the inlet side of the pump in the engine room(#18) the hose gets larger through fittings and then disappears along the side of the holding tank and up towards the head. It is the same size hose as is coming out the top of the tank and heading towards the head.
There is nothing there that i can think of that would need that size hose other than the head.
The only thing at this point i can think of is that someone wanted to be able to pump the waste directly over the side of the boat so they disconnected the holding tank and added that pump and then it pumps it directly overboard
They left the original large hose coming out the top of the holding tank installed so it looks like it runs up to the head. But they must have disconnected it at the head and just left the open end of the hose behind the shower/head wall hidden.
Then they adapted the hose coming into the pump #18 to the same size hose as originally was plumbed in to the head and connected this hose to the head.
It looks like it is connected the way the law wants it but actually just shoots it out the side of the boat.
It wont work the way they have it necked down on the incoming side of the pump but i think that is what they tried to do.
I need to run some water through it and do some testing. Seems hard to find the time.
I sure appreciate the help guys.

yes on the blower is not connected.
It was laying on the floor when i got the boat and I am just now starting to figure out how it should be connected. There are three large dryer vent size hoses in the engine room.
They are torn up pretty good so hard to tell how it was connected.
I am assuming at this point that one goes to the blower probably from the stern of the boat and the blower is supposed to be set up as outgoing air a this point. The blower should probably be mounted high in the engine room as hot air rises.
The two incoming side vents have the large vent hose on them so that the end of the hoses can be mounted somewhere down by the floor of the engine room.
Thus creating cross ventilation.
Once again assuming that the one outgoing line connected to the blower is be pushed out through one out going fitting where as the incoming air is coming thru two vents with a much larger square inch area then the out going fitting will help to not create a vacuum condition in engine compartment.
How is your connected.
Do I have anywhere close to the right idea in how I m guessing it should be hooked up.

Yes the upper hose on the holding tank comes from the head.
The pump in the engine compartment is pumping waste overboard. Typically there is a Y valve in the line from the waste tank to deck plate that would go to this pump. If you boat on inland waters or near shore it is illegal to discharge in most areas and I would just remove the pump and hoses.

The blower should have a inlet hose that is as low as possible in the bilge as gas fumes settle. The output side should be connected to the discharge vent that can be either on the aft or side of the boat. Early years it was on the aft but due to stationwagon effect it was move to the side in latter years. The other hose(s) are for fresh air in and should end about the height of the engine starter.

That all sounds good mike, I had it backwards on the engine blower.
Thank you
