Default 2300SC water system pump

Does anyone know how to access the fresh water system pump on a 2000 2300SC? I think I see it in the bilge area under the floor storage board, but it seems far out of reach. My system is no longer working and I would like to replace the pump, but don't think I can reach it.

Stretch. Or, use a small child. Or, a trained monkey. I have a 2001 and the pump is right under the captain's chair. It's not easy, but it's definately accessible.

Why do you think the pump is bad?

It is not functioning and the circuit seems OK. Any other ideas?

If you're getting power at the pump, and it's still not working, it's probably the pump.
