Default 2300 SC Seaworthiness

How many of you guys/gals boat in the ocean with a 2300 SC/R? How well would you say it takes 2-4 footers? I've owned a 99 2300SC for about 12yrs and will soon have the option of running in the sound and possibly 10-20miles off shore weather permitting. I'm Very familiar with the area will be boating as I've been doing that for years in a similar sized center console just curios what others experience has been with cruising the 2300 in the ocean.

I have the 1996 2300SC cuddy cabin in waters around Gloucester MA 2ft no problem 4ft makes a long day.For SC/R bow rider if 4ft is in the forecast I'd stay inside the rivers and bays.
