Motor starter clicks, is there a solenoid on top of the engine or does the engine have to get pulled to change the starter motor, because it can’t be reached?
There is a soleniod on the starter and a slave soleniod on top of the engine. First verify the voltage at each is good. Loose or corroded cables will cause a voltage drop. Worst case would be to remove the exhaust manifold to get access to the starter.
