1998 2700 SCR Shower drain replacement

Hi All,

i need to replace the drain outlet in my shower but cannot figure out how to get to the underside of the shower tray to undo the nut on the back?
it cannot be reached from the area under the step where the shower pump and forward bilge pump is located......any ideas?
