Default 08" 2500SE gauges quit working today

Yesterday, my speedo gauge (which has my hour indicator and fuel economy readings) said it "lost communication with the engine" then today after restarting the engine all of the other gauges, except for the tach, quit working. So my speedo, fuel, oil pressure, engine temp and trim indicator aren't working. Looking for thoughts on cause. Thanks

Sounds like a bad connection somewhere.

I agree data link failure between the engine ECM and helm gauges.

I assume you found it by now, but from previous experience it turned out to be an alternator that was about to fail which caused erratic voltage drops.
