Trying to find special plastic hooks

I have a 2004 2100sd. It Comes with a round table. Well....mine has 2 round tables. One has a nice little stowage setup on the forward bulkhead into storage area. I want to make a similar setup on the aft bulkhead...but I cannot find the same hooks that hold the table. Here is a picture of what I am looking for. It is about 3" long on the face the screws go through.
Any ideas where I can find these? Or something similar?
