Default Steering wheel replacement

Hello
I have a 1998 maxum 1900 SR
Due to living in a community with HOA I have store my boat
We went to take some pictures and realized some idiot stole my steering wheel, really who does this
So I need to replace. When I look online it makes my head spin
I took a picture
It has 6 screw holes

Can anyone help

All kinds of *****’s out there, sorry for your inconvenience. Any surveillance where you store the boat? Do you have a picture of the steering wheel you had? You may need to remove the part with the six screw holes from the shaft and install a new wheel that fits the shaft in the center.
