Default spark plugs replacement 5.0

Has anyone replaced the plugs on a 5.0 mercrusier. I have a 23 SR bowrider and it seems like impossible to get to the plugs. Does anyone have any tips or a good video on how to get to them.

Thanks
Mark

The 5.0 and 5.7 are identical when it comes to this, I use a long extension on the spark plug socket and use a finger laying along the socket and protruding just beyond to feel for the plug then guide the socket on. It takes a few tries but works for me. Worst case is remove the exhaust manifolds to get access and this makes a good time to inspect the exhaust for corrosion.

^^ +2

I also use a universal on the end just in case things are lined up perfectly.
