Spares forMaxum 1995 sr2000 located in Australia!

Just purchased my first boat imported from the states. Really happy with it, just got its pre season service and the boys in the workshop gave it the clear bill of health, good compression, appears to have been recently serviced etc etc(phew!).
I'm in the process of tidying up a few cosmetic items, re trimming rear seat over motor, sand and laquer wood trims etc. Ive jumped on the Maxum website and downloaded spare parts catalog.
Just a couple of questions for the experts.
How are the port and starboard step pads removed. They look to have "plugs" possibly covering self tappers underneath. If I damage these plugs when removing, are they able to be ordered as spares and from whom?
The jump seat slot trims are both perished and i would like to replace(PN 51060). Where can I purchase these? I thought i would be able to find on line but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated, particularly a website or email contact.
