Looking for spec on 1991 Maxum 2100XR

I have a Maxum 2100XR and am looking for the coast guard plate to define number of person and engine capacity.
The boat had a Force 150 but the engine was blown.
I managed to find a 120HP Evinrude VRO Engine. It feels very under powered.
I was wondering if changing the prop on the engine might help.
Does anybody know the shaft length required for this boat? Is it 20" or 25".
I might look for a bigger Evinrude, possibly a 200HP but want to make sure that this is not too much engine for the boat.
