Default Gel coat

looking for Loden Green Gelcoat. called spectrum paint but they only sell it in gallon.

Anyone know where i can maybe get some kind of touch up kit for scratches.

Evercoat and West marine make touch up kits. You will need to match the color by mixing tints but your gelcoat has probably faded anyway.

The challenge is that, unless the boat is very new, the boat color changes with exposure to the sun and soon there is a mismatch between the stock color and the actual color. This requires onsite mixing to match color. Even then it's a bit of an art. Wet paint changes appearance after it dries.

Did you try Gel Coat Products? I've had good luck with them for odd colors.
My experience has been that new gel coat blends in nicely with the existing, faded gel coat. After your new gel coat has set, you will smooth it with progressively finer sandpaper. This will take off the older gel coat around the scratch.
Be sure to go over the entire area with a buffer and compound. After waxing you will be surprised as to how well the repair blends.
